Volk was just standing atop the mud with the help of his ice power. He grab Julia by the back of her shirt pulling her up and out of the mud. He quickly froze an area of mud the size of a dragon resets her on the now frozen ground, and let's go of her shirt. "There you go Julia." He then lightly patted her on the back.
