Ailyth crossed her arms, pouting at Le Cyll's desire to kill the creature. She looked around once again for the banshee. Maybe it would give up and leave. No... There was little possibility of that. Ailyth's sensitive ears were than able to pick up Le Cyll's quiet words.
"Why would it want to... Oh!" She suddenly realized why the creature was after them. It was hungry. "Certainly, you can try to scare me!"
She smiled broadly as she waited for the banshee to appear. Not wanting the creature to die, Ailyth would gladly allow the beast to frighten her. She was even excited by the prospect. After all, she had never been terrorized by a banshee before. This could be fun.

((0.o there is something wrong with your character...))
Le Cyll tipped his head to the side, listening to the girl's abnormal response to an otherwise very bad deal. She is fed on by a ravenous banshee while he walks away? Did she know that banshees usually ended up killing their victims? Probably not... and who was he to tell her?
Ever since she had begun following him, nothing but idle talk and annoying company had ensued. He had the vaguest feeling that, even if he managed to detach her from him, she would come back to haunt him again and again like this banshee would. He did not find that appealing, and this seemed an adequate fix for the situation. He did not have to be blamed. He could say he hadn't found a way to stop the banshee before she was killed. It worked out relatively well, and he didn't have to bother being suspected of murder again.
"Have fun."
Le Cyll waved the banshee over to the girl, already distracted with cutting down the trees for the second story view. The banshee jumped on its chance to attack Ailyth - having permission to do so and all. It sent another swirl of icy wind, then appeared above her, tattered rags hanging from its bony, decrepit figure. Its eyes were socketless, but glowed deep inside with a red glint. It reached a hand out at Ailyth, fingernails yellow and chipped, as Le Cyll poked around a few more rooms, avoiding the banshee.

Ailyth jumped back a little as the creature suddenly appeared. However, she was more worried about the added cold than the banshee. It was freezing in here! Collecting herself, she smiled happily at the monster, even giving it a small wave.
"Hi, Mr. Banshee!"
It was then she noticed Le Cyll had moved away. This annoyed her. Wouldn't staying with her have been the valient thing to to? She laughed aloud at this thought. Of course... This guy wasn't the valient type, was he? Still, she quickly dodged around the banshee and caught up to him, catching his wrist.
"I'm sure Mr. Banshee could use more food!" She cast a backwards glance, "Poor creature..."

Le Cyll yanked his hand quickly out of hers, looking back at the wailing banshee.
"Of course it could. That is why you volunteered, right?"
He grabbed both her shoulders and shoved her back towards the ominous thing, intent now on letting it eat her. Why not? It was bothering him. At least with something to settle its stomach it wouldn't be so frustrated the next time he came here. Who knows, maybe he could use this banshee again? It liked meat. He liked meat. It ate the soul, he ate the rest.
As he turned this idea over in his head, he began to like it more and more.
That was perfect! Lure people into the house with a few sprinkles of charm, and have them dropped stone cold dead by a whinny little spirit. He'd never get blamed for actually killing them. How could he? All he'd do was tell them about the house, then let them wander straight up to the jaws of grizzly mother death here. Then, he needn't worry about this whole livestock business. He could have all the species in the proverbial rainbow for his outings under the full moon. There had to be plenty of students here, didn't there? And, if there were banshees here, there were other monsters in other places.
What a dangerous place for a school... All those monsters, just waiting to snap their jaws closed at the right time, and catch for themselves a little snack. Come to think of it, this was a perfect place for him. Just perfect. Who could tell what killed people? Was it the troll in the cave, was it the craken in the well, or was it the Kludde with the nice innocent smile on his face?
"I'm sure she likes you." Le Cyll insisted, smiling his best, most convincing smile. "She's just a little cranky right now."

Ailyth was pushed back toward the banshee. Quite hard too! Coupled with the way Le Cyll spoke... She finally understood just what this guy wanted and the realization caused her brow to furrow in disgust. He wanted her gone? Did he even want her... To die? The girl turned on him, completely ignoring the banshee as she stared into Le Cyll's grey eyes.
"Are you trying to get rid of me?!" She accused, jabbing her index finger into his chest, "I've only been nice to you, but you... You..."
Her voice trailed off as she searched for the right words. Charisma wasn't quite Ailyth's strong point. She never managed to form sentences properly when she was upset. The best she could ever manage was an insult coupled with a weak strike for good measure. Well, that was better than nothing.
"You're a jerk!" She screamed at him, pounding her fist into his chest.

Le Cyll was too busy with his plan to notice what the girl was doing. It all sounded so easy... He wondered if-
Her voice cut in, screaming at him about something. Oh? She finally figured it out, then? Took long enough. He had to literally dangle her in front of death before she realized he wanted her gone. Well, at least she knew now. It saved him the trouble of explaining it to her.
Some people simply did not get it.
Then, she did something entirely unexpected. She hit him.
He took the punch, not having time enough to react. She didn't hit hard... but then again, he didn't take hits well. He stumbled back a few feet, catching his balance, then returned the gesture automatically.
Lifting his foot, he aimed, and shoved her over to the ravenous banshee. It had become tired of waiting, and had started charging towards the girl anyways. Now that it saw her, it opened its creaking jaw wide, clawing at her with its rotten fingers and singing a shrill song of starvation. Le Cyll backed up, away from the two, and let the banshee do its work.
If it was able to hold the girl still long enough, it could suck the life right out of her, right through its gaping, toothless jaws.

Ailyth fell back into the banshee, it's claws attempting to grab at her clothes. However, this creature didn't bother her nearly as much as the monster backing away from them. She blinked several times, mouth a gape, still trying to comprehend what had just happened. He hit her! He hit her! She had known what a jerk this guy was, but where does he get off hitting a girl?!
Her jaw snapped shut as she grinded her teeth together. She clentched her fists, her body shaking with anger.
"You psychotic creep!"
Ailyth was barely able to breath as she let her rage consume her. Staring at Le Cyll she was only able to see red. As she stood there, trembling, she was overcome by a sadistic desire to ram a stake or some equally sharp object through his chest. Someday, but not today.
Instinctively, she let loose her skin and dropped to the ground, ducking out from under the banshee's grasp. All she wanted to do was get away from this freak. Far quicker than a normal rabbit, she hopped toward the glassless window and leapt out without one last glance at the monsters.
Once outside, she fluttered for a short while before falling to the ground. She took a look back at the house, her anger still fresh as unnaturally evil thoughts began to flow through her mind. Perhaps the banshee would manage to kill him. Yes, that would be a fitting end. Some people simply did not deserve to be blessed with a life. If that man were to die, she would have to celebrate by dancing on his grave. Perhaps she'd make it into a huge party. Her anger began to lessen as she thought of this. It sounded like fun. With a small smile on her face, she trotted quickly back toward the town.

((well that ended badly o.0 so much for her liking him XD))
Le Cyll kicked the wall as the girl fluttered out the window, the rotting hardwood easily giving away and sending up a splutter of dust up around him.
"Dammit! You useless shriek!"
The banshee was still stumbling for Ailyth as Le Cyll was cursing, but when she'd safely gotten away, it turned straight for him, claws even more desperate now that the one who'd volunteered had gotten away. It got about halfway to him before he let loose his skin, and in a wild display of anger began to growl and snap at the air. He couldn't touch the banshee, but it looked confused as it floated there, being assaulted by something that couldn't hurt it. None of this bothered Le Cyll, as he was so enraged he was content to sit and snarl and snap until he tired himself out and lay on the floor, panting.
"Dammit." He repeated, but this time with less vigor. Now what? He'd have to find that girl before she said anything stupid and ruined this for him.
And... it was all this useless banshee's fault. How could it miss?!? He had practically shoved her into its mouth! What a pathetic monster. Not even worth his time.
He got up, ignoring the pleas and cries of the wraith floating above his head. He needed to find her... Before she said anything. But where exactly would he look?
She was a Wolpertinger. Once those things hit the woods, it was nearly impossible to catch them. She was a student though, wasn't she? So he could find her again if need be.
He knew what she looked like, and he had her scent. He wouldn't forget either of those things.
And, she'd said her name when they'd first met, hadn't she? What was it? Ailyth?
Then he'd find this Ailyth, and he'd do what that useless flying wraith couldn't.
He set his skin back in place, and stood back on his two feet. Looking out the window, and seeing that it had just begun to rain, he sighed.
Back to school.
