"OK" Shade smiled she had been sucessful and was looking forward to helping Chase. " now why don't you help me put all these books away?" Shade stood up and began piling book after book into her arms until she could hardly see over them. then she set out in search of the proper helves to set them on. Shade looked back to CHase to see if he was coming and said to him "don't worry they will find him but they have to meet you first."

Chase picked up the books that were on the table and went over to Shade. He asked Shade "Are you sure we don't need these books?" He continued to follow her as she put the books away waiting for a answer.

Shade smiled slightly to herself " your actualy insulting them slightly for that but no we will not need th books only the scent which of course you have unknowingly carried for your intire life" Shade set a assortment of books onto a shelf before walking slowly towards anouther shelf. "of course that means you will have to meet them but it will have to be in secret" shade set macie higher up on head head with one hand nearly dropping her handful of books " there not supposed to be here so some seccluded area maybye the centar forest?" Shade nearly lost all her books and marcie to the dirty dust covered flor when she attempted once more to push macie up above her forhead.

Chase said "why do you wear marcie? do you just like the hat a lot or is there a meaning to it. I mean i know there is a meaning behind my number and color on my neck." Crud did I just say that? Chase then said "Forget it never mind you don't have to say anything." Chase was putting up the books he had in his hands and said so when do I meet these trackers?"

"No I just don't wear her for pleasure she hides a secret however don't worry about telling me about your number and color I already noticed" Shade dropped sevral books when she tried to turn around to see Chase. "I am not sure when you can meet that is mostly up to you they don't have anything to do so i'm sure theyll be glad to start tracking as soon as possible" Shade had picked up the particularly large books that she had droppd and contiued down the long row of shelves. "how I have teo condidtions that you have to keep if you want to meet them"

"I want to meet them but what are the conditions?" Chase asked. Chase then said "so marcie hides a secret of yours just like I have something hiding another. I don't know if you want me to tell you what it is so thats all I will say for know. The sooner the possible would be better to meet the trackers. I want to know what happened to them. wow I am sorry I think I became a chatter box on you there for a second. It is just I am excited but yet nervous and happy and scared at the same time and it is causing me to talk a lot and sorry."

"Don't worry in my standards your not becoming a chatter box I talk a whole lot more sometimes" Shade sat the last book in her pile on the last shelfe and breathed a breif sigh of releif before walking over to Chase and taking half his pile. "my conditions are one: you tell no one even if you decide not to go through with it and two you have to be happier no matter what happens you have to actualy act like your not emo"

Is the second rule just what you want or their actual rules and I cant even tell my family if they find them. Chase looked at her sad with his eyes looking like he has been crying in which case he has but he just said but if they don'y find them or they are dead you expect me to be happy even though they are dead.

Shade frowned in a sad sort of way before pieling the rest of the books into the last shelf "No if you tell anyone we will have to kill you." Shade said in a menaceing way. "And if your family is dead we won't know for a while." Shade had by now grown tired and wished mearly to retire to a nice patch of shade in the castle grounds however she continued slowly "I just want some one who is slightly sain or is just a little happy so we can en joy this stupid school year" Shade now sat down in one of the wooden chairs in a slump and adjusted macie beore looking up at Chase with a long puppy faced expression as she waited for him to reply

Chase said "well sorry I can't help that i am a negative thinker okay. Its not my fault I was always like this even when I was little so if you don't like it well then you don't have to talk to me anymore and I don't care if you threaten to not find my family I can find them by myself if I wanted to. I don't need anybody's help I never got it when I was little and I don't expect to get it now"

at this Shade laughed. it was a long haugty laugh that she had used on mnay people to make them nervous or self consious. when she was done she righted Macie wich had almost come off and stuffed a large tuff of hair underneith Macie before continuing. "now we wont be going and doing that now will we? Even though ive been vauge i have told you to much and if you refuse and trie to run off to find your family my trackers will find you and bring you back. they already have your number. But of course thats not a threat however i would watch your step if i were you. one hint that you are about to give us away and you will no longer be a free boy to move about." Shade once more slupped over because she had suddenly stood up and looked eye to eye with Chase. "Now on a happeir note when will you be free? I need a date to for warn my trackers."

Shade backed up quikly knocking her chair down and knocking Marcie askew she had just found a major soft spot on Chase. "Wow Chase I ment your scent not the number on your neck besides it would be easier to find out what you did and who you are by your scent becuase we can telll were you are and were youve been." Shade stopped talking she knew that many of the people here had a second and more dangerous side to them and she did not want to invoke Chase's lest he provoke her to showing her true side.

Chase said "I don't want you snooping around my scent from the ages seven till now. If you do You will be sorry. By the way what do you mean we can tell where you are and where I have been just my scent. I don't want you snooping through me history of the ages seven through now do go it." Chase still had the same look in his eyes.

Yes.....Shade thought....that is most certainly a soft spot I will have to remeber it......Shade moved foward undaunted by the wild look in Chase's eyes as she pushed her chair into the up right position and fixed Macie who had sat in a very lopsided way and she once more for about the fiftyth time in the past hour pushed a un ruly lock of her black hair back under Marcie. "No offence intened Chase I was mearly saying you should watch you step lest some particularly dirty news about you mysterieously surfaces.......now as I asked before when is a good time for you to meet my famous trackers?"
