Le Cyll waited very patiently for this, his bait to be taken. When it finally was, and the she wolf retained her human form again, he knew that he had won, though no war was to be fought.
Without a word, and still with that simple, genuine smile that made him seem both open and condescending, he tossed an envelope at her, knowing she would easily catch it.
His invitation given, and his task finished, Le Cyll did nothing more than walk away, the meeting apparently ended.
He had accomplished his task, whether he had known all along that she would be there or not. Whether or not he had planned this all out, and accounted for it all ahead of time or not; he had finished what he was to do.
Now to go find the others...
