Tsuki ran all the way here from the dorms. It's part of her self-training. She wanted to train more and become more powerful. After she reached the heart of the meadows, she ended up panting. It's a long distance, you know?
When she recovered, she spread her arms, looking up. Little by little, it began to rain. But that's not all. The training just started. Then, there are thunderstorms going around the meadows. It was loud and hard. But that's what training are. She is going to push herself over the limit.
So basically, right now it's loud and scary for someone who's scared of thunder. Thunderstorms are natural. So she wouldn't be blamed for using her powers by a human or something.

Strolling casually under the trees, Seth had taken to watching as the new raindrops formed in the sky and fell quickly to their demise upon the grassy floor. Several drops found their way through the canopy of leaves and landed in death upon the Nakki's head. She didn't bother to wipe them away as they trickled down her neck.
She had spent several hours now, simply walking amongst the scenery, mentally mapping out the location of every tree and bush. Although this task proved to be mildly enjoyable she knew it wouldn't be long before she succumbed to utter boredom. She stopped walking with a sigh.
She should probably return to the Academy soon. It would be best not to get caught in a downpour so far from the lake. Then again, does it really matter? It will stop raining eventually anyway. With a shrug, she looked out across the meadow. To her surprise, someone else was out in the rain. Just standing there, in the middle of the field, getting soaked. Mildly interested, Seth turned to watch the girl as she remained there, staring up at the sky.

Tsuki was getting tired of training. All that thunderstorm can't scare her anymore. Usually, she would be scared when she hold a thunderstorm training, but since she's pushing her limits, she adapted to it and was quite carefree about it. Maybe she can stop being scared of it anymore. Hurray for her!
Looking up the sky as the thunderstorms came striking down, she noticed there is movement on the left of her vision. She relaxed and turn her head to that direction and noticed it was a girl. All that concentration towards that girl made the thunderstorms strike nearby the girl. The first strike nearby the girl, Tsuki was normal, looking at her. The second, third, then fourth. Until then, she noticed all the thunderstorms are practically aiming for the girl. She is putting that girl in danger! While shivering, she quickly withdraw the thunderstorms. It took a lot of hard work, since she lost control of it. She could have easily killed that stranger.
She sighed. That was close. Now, will the girl think that it is her doing?

Disinterested, Seth watched as the lightning bolts struck the ground around her. Apparently the girl is a spellcaster, and not a very good one. With a sigh, she wondered what it would feel like to be struck by lightning. Well, that wasn't something she was planning on finding out anytime soon.
The lightning began to move away as the girl seemed to realize what she was doing. How pathetic. She can barely control a simple lightning bolt. What's the point in using magic if they're no good at it? It's just a waste of time and energy. Pointless.
"You need more practice," She called out, uncaring.
Then again, maybe this girl was so horrible with magic that she'd end up injuring herself. Or worse. That could prove entertaining to see. She crossed her arms, still watching the girl, almost wanting her to call those thunderstorms around herself.

OOC: ...Seth is...negative like Illia...O.O Just one glance and she knew she's a spellcaster? ^^:; She only used one element...
She cooled down a little. She really need to learn how to control. She's not really tired so she could practice a whole lot more. After all, her training type is all about pushing herself to the limit! Optimistic? NOT.
When she's about to get ready for another element practice, she heard the girl said something. The girl kind of ****ed her off. True, she needs more practice. What does she gain for speaking the obvious? She's beginning to think there are some kind of weird people around this world including her.
"Oh yeah? Well, thank you for your obvious advice."
She said that loud enough for the girl to hear. She doesn't care if the girl came attacking her. After all, a little combat wouldn't hurt. Pushing herself is what matters most. Anyways, she's getting off-topic, what element shall she practice next? She's good at all sorts of elements but lightning. She's feeling a bit warm now. Maybe the Wind element? Gah, she can't decide. She'll just wait for the girl's response. If she will.

OOC: Illia isn't negative... And Seth's... Seth^^
Apparently, her comment had gotten the girl angry. Why would it? She does need practice, so why would she be angry with Seth for pointing out the obvious? Letting out another sigh, she turned her gaze skyward. The rain was beginning to lessen some. Vaguely, she considered the possibility of attempting to act friendlier rather than showing her usual callous, uncaring self like she has been.
With a shrug, she trotted out into the meadow, stopping a few feet before the girl. She didn't move any closer for several reasons. One was that she never cared to stand too close to anyone. Even the seating in the classes was far too close for her. However, there was another, more important reason. There was no denying that scent that burned her nostrils so. Human. She may be a spellcaster, but she's human nonetheless.
However, she was easily able to combat her feelings and not a hint of disgust ever showed on her stone cold face. That wouldn't do. She should instead act chummy with this girl. It would be useful to recall the name of a human for her amusement. Looking over the girl, she committed her appearance to memory.
"Hey, I'm just trying to help you," She began, adding a noticeable emotion to her tone, "Casting spells carelessly like that could attract unneeded attention."

The girl came closer. Tsuki? She couldn't care less to walk away from her. Well, you can say that she's lazy. Yup. She stared at the grasses below her shoes. Oh geez. It's going to splinter out water if she walks. How... disgusting. Well, she'll just have to chant, Nature, Nature, Nature, Nature all the way out the forest. No Nature, Earth Kaboom, right? At least that is what she believes.
The girl said that she would attract unwanted attention. How so? For humans, it's going to be a natural event. Like, a thunderstorm? Humans wouldn't go as far anyways. True, she is a human. But she's not an ordinary human. She is close to be the same with them creatures.
"I doubt there will be any." She said and looked up the sky. The rain is clouds are starting to clear. Oh no. Sunlight. It's going to be hot later. But for now, since the clouds are still covering the Sun, she will leave it alone. If the Sun appears, she will use her wind element and move the clouds to the Sun. She likes Cloudy days. She always does.
OOC: Hahah, well, Seth dislikes Human?

OOC: Oh, she hates them!
"You can never be too careful."
She glanced around the meadow for effect more than anything. She wasn't expecting to see any normal, clueless humans wandering around out here. All it had to do was drizzle for several minutes - just long enough to make the grass moist - and they barricade themselves within their dorms. Rainy days seemed like a so-called "safe time" to be one's true self in this academy.
"Either way, all I meant was that you've got real talent. You just really need to practice a lot to hone those skills."
Satisfied with her tone, Seth even managed to flash the girl a friendly smile. Well, it was sure to be taken as friendly, anyway. All the while, her concentration never wavered, although, it didn't come without a decent amount of effort. To actually praise this pitiful girl's barely mediocre skills. If Seth were a weaker person it would surely be unmanageable.

OOC: Aw, she's so pretty... yet she's a bad person... But I suppose I understand, If I'm a person with elemental powers in real life and hated by society, I suppose I would, too. Just like, Shirayuki.
Hone those skills? Talent? It's not her talent. She inherited these powers from her father and mother. Her parents are great spell caster and why can't she? Maybe she needs more practice, like this girl said. She suppose it was vital for her to admit that.
"True."
She said and just that. She didn't want to sound completely snobbish. She have her limits. She suppose that Illia girl is much more friendlier than this girl. Sigh, its hard to act snobbish. She's tired of it already. Now it got her thinking. Will she keep acting like this? Will it work to fend off people that wants to use her? Sigh, she's even tired to think about that.
"I suppose you're a creature?" She asked. Silence is just too awkward for her.

Her face once again became rigid and emotionless as she listened to the human's question. Such insipid audacity. No human could afford to be so bold. It was for these reasons that they lived such short lives, undoubtedly.
"That's a dangerous question," She said simply, her voice devoid of emotion.
Placing her hand on her hip, she leaned back on her heels. She should say something else. In a friendlier tone. Then again, it wasn't as if the human was smart enough to see the truth behind her sudden lack of emotion.
"However, yes. I am," Seth added in a light tone.
She wouldn't bother to explain just what type of creature she was. It wasn't relevant, and Seth was the type to never give out extra information when it wasn't needed. Besides, revealing what type of creature she was could make even this human suspicious if she asked her to meet her by the lake.

The stranger's little smile and friendliness soon faded away. She expected that. It is quite hard to maintain your fake smile if you're not that type of a person or you're distracted. Nevertheless, Tsuki might just play along. She didn't feel like fighting all of a sudden. She might as well go to the library and read some articles about magic later. Field training is just... tiring. "Then it would be funny if you said 'You need more practice' infront of a human soaking in the rain." said Tsuki. What she said is true. If Tsuki's human, she might be curious what this girl is mentioning about. Well, this stranger might put up a lie or something, but it raises the suspicion of this school, right? The name, the creature, and she heard that there is a weird havoc before she came. The stranger answered anyways. The answer was expected since she said something like she knew about the existence. Maybe there's human out there who knew of these creature's existence? Maybe someone like that will enroll. The future of these creatures intrigues her.
"Anyway, you don't have to act yourself being so friendly. I really doubt I will attack any beings here." She said assuring her that she is safe... unless you get to her bad side, that is. The Sun's not coming out yet. Perfect. More cloudy times.

Seth tipped her head at the human's remark. She believed that Seth thought she was dangerous. Perhaps to a weaker creature. If there even existed a creature who was weaker than this girl. At the sudden skepticism in the human's voice, Seth's smile only broadened.
"Oh, I'm sure you won't... But that isn't why I act friendly. I'm new here, and just trying to get to know the student body."
She was growing bored with this human. Soon enough she'd have little use for her for the time being. Already familiar with her appearance, a name would be somewhat useful as well, though not necessary. At present, she would prefer to simply leave this human to her pitiful display of magic and continue her tour of the grounds. She wouldn't be hard to find later, if she so wished.
"My name is Seth. And you are..?"
She decided that she might as well learn what this human is called before leaving.

So this Seth girl ignored her remarks. Well, there are a lot of people like that. She tends to hate them, those people or creatures that avoid questions that will ruin their image. A small excuse would work, but what she doesn't like is the girl ignored it completely. Ah well, she couldn't help but complaining inside about that girl.
Seth asked her name. Tsuki doesn't feel like telling her. So... knowing her, she'll usually go with her feelings. So, yeah, she's not going to tell her. Seth is going to find out anyways. She bet Seth won't even bother to talk with her in the future.
"You could find out for yourself." She said and walked around as the water sprikled on her feet. Ew.

"If you insist."
This time Seth didn't drop her phony smile. So this girl was guarded enough that she didn't want to say her name freely. It didn't matter either way. She didn't need to know this girl's name if she wanted to find her again. All Seth would need to do is look for a few wayward bolts of pathetic magic. Simple enough.
She glanced around the field once more. Where to now. She could always stop by the lake again. After all, she's pretty much seen everything there is to see at this school. It won't be long before she has to find another way to lessen her boredom. With this thought, she returned her gaze to the human.
"Have a nice day," Was all she said.
With those words, she spun on her heels and strolled away. Perhaps this magic-human wasn't as helpless as other normal humans, however, her personality was perfect for making enemies. Although, she wouldn't have to worry about that for long. Her time will come soon enough.
