It was a peaceful day. The sun was out, and the birds were singing. Some light, puffy clouds covered the bright sky, but it was mostly clear. A small, cooling breeze carried with it the scents of grasses and sunshine. This very same breeze, was what was ruffling the long hair of a very large dragon laying at the edge of the clearing.
The Dragon was serenely looking out among the clearing. Watching the grasses roll in the wind, watching the stream flow, just watching everything. In truth, she was trying to relax on the peaceful day, but she wouldnt hesitate for a snack if a deer came loping into the clearing. Oh no, she would like that very much. Turning her head about, her long, sleak tail thumped lazily in some lush green grasses. She had her wings folded up, for she wasnt flying. The large dragon looked about her again, then sighed. "Peaceful is nice, but its also boaring." She said quietly to herself, though it seemed loud in the harsh silece of the breeze.
Laying her sight across the clearing once more, she was actually debating getting up and going hunting, when she heard a noise. It was a faint noise, indistinquishable of what it was, but it was certainly an animal made noise. Turning her head up into the air, she sniffed, but could smell nothing, for the breeze was blowing the wrong way. Two purple eyes locked on the direction the noise had come from. Stella was sure a creature of some sort would appear any moment.

A little fox bounced through the brush. It was thin and lithe, with a shiny moonlight coat. It also had three tails following behind it devotedly, of course that meant nothing since the tails were attached to its body. Renard ran through the forests, loving the freedom he felt being one with the environment around him.
He hated the the way the air smelled though. It smelled so heavy and polluted, unlike the way the forests back in France smelled. He remembered trees and forests that smelled like actual forests, not the polluted mess these humans became accustomed to. He shook his head. What foolish humans.
Renard poked his little head out of the brush to look around, but what he saw terrified him. He retreated backwards and chanted to himself to pretend he didn't see anything. Reality was fine. He had not just seen a dragon sitting there. Nope. No he had not.
He stepped onto a thorn and yelped in pain, throwing himself out of his hiding place, sitting on the ground and looking at his paw. He took the thorn in his mouth and pulled it out, spitting it out to the side. He looked up at the Dragon, which was staring at him. He looked terrified as he started backing away again.

Chasity watched the butterflies flitting about the blossoms in the tree she sat in. One in particular held her attention. It was a clear-winged butterfly with black and orange/red outlining. She hadn't seen many of the small, amazing creatures in the flesh, so she relished the time that it flew about her in the tree. From flower to flower it 'hopped', never stopping at one for more than a few seconds. That was understandable. Many butterflies, over twenty, flew around in the tree because it was a late bloomer. Sadly, most of the flowers had been tapped dry by now.
Something suddenly blocked her view. It was bright blue and... it was gone! Wait! No it wasn't. It had simply closed its wings. She strained her eyes to look at the butterfly that sat on her nose. It was very pretty, but she wasn't sure what kind it was. She liked the small tickle that the bug's moving feet caused so she sat really still in hopes that it would stay. Soon enough, though, an object in the meadow beyond the tree line caught her attention.
She stood from her place on the tree branch, scaring the butterfly. She had seen a small fox with three tails trotting through the meadow, happily enjoying its day. It wasn't Whisper, that was for sure. That meant that she was going to meet another classmate. She smiled to herself. This could be fun!
From her vantage point she noticed that the dragon was still there... and that the fox was headed straight towards it. She hoped that the fox would notice it in time, but it did not. It jumped when it saw the large creature and she could hardly help but laugh to herself as cowered in the grass. She of course, was used to dragons. Lightly jumping down from the tree, she walked toward the two. Maybe she could help the fox, and if not, at least she would meet some new creatures.

Both Purple eyes locked on the spot. She knew what it was now. Stella now knew that the approaching creature, was indeed, a three tailed fox. Wonderful. She thought to herself. Get your hopes up for a deer, and end up with a sniveling fox.
She watched, as the tiny creature cowered in fear. Uck, cowardice is such and unflattering thing. Trotting slowly over to the fox, she looked down at it, straight in the eye. "Dont worry." She said, her voice echoing with sincerity, aloofness, and almost friendly. "I'm not going to eat you or nothing. You'd be too scrawny for that." She joked, amusement shining in the purple orbs that adorned her face. Though, she really wouldnt eat it. The fox was obviously not a regular fox, it was a creature. Stella knew, that most of the creatures this young in the area probably were students at the academy. And, if she could recall corectly, ferally beating the tar out of your classmates, then eating them, was generally frowned apon.
Bending her long, slender neck, she lowered her scaled face to the fox's eye level. "Oh, by the way." She continued. "My name's Estelle, but you can call me Stella." She said, eyeing the creature thoughtfully. Then, the wind changed, and she caught another scent. Cat. She identified. And Mafdet, if I'm not mistaken. Her eyes following the direction of the scent, shining orbs fell apon the image of the aproaching target. With a quick bound, Stella unfolded her night-sky wings and jumped into the sky. Slithering through the air like a snake, she dived down apon the Mafdet. Bringing a large clawed palm down on top of the creature, she pinned it to the ground, then she got off. "Bonjour, chat. Beau jour, n'est-ce pas ?" She said in her native tongue. Of course, she was French. With a name like Estelle, it was obvious. She and her family had lived in France for generations. And, of course, being a natural scholar, and the fact that she had lived for over 500 years, Stella was also versed in many known language out there, and several uncommon ones, such as Farsi. "Ce renard appartient-il à toi ?" She asked, still in French, and casting a glance back at the fox. She smirked at herself. This was fun.

He felt so embarrassed at his cowardice. It wasn't his fault really--when you were as small and scrawny as he was, nature made sure you were terrified of anything bigger than you, and the dragon was many, many times his own size. He was about to speak, but the dragon began the speak french. French! Music to his ears. "Oh! Vous parlez français? Moi aussi, moi aussi!" The little french fox was bouncing up and down. "Je m'appelle Renard L'Ours! D'où êtes-vous, en France? Je suis de la forêt près du Rhône."
No offense to anyone who spoke english, but he hated the language. It was so stupid and confusing. French was so much easier and made so much more sense, or maybe it had something to do with him being born French and that being his first language and everything.
"Ugh. You are such a French Spaz." Draner crooned softly in her presumably adorable british accent. Of course, since he was in full-on french mode, nothing she said made any sense. She hated his french mode, and Draner, for once, retreated to the back of his mind where she belonged.

Chasity saw the dragon leap into the air and dive toward her. She would have moved, but there was no reason. This was school grounds and everyone knew it. No one would be killed here that was mythical. She was sure of that. The dragon landed and pinned her to the ground as she looked at it with unblinking, unfazed eyes. In a matter of seconds, the dragon had taken it's claws from her and was speaking in some weird language, French by the sound of it. Well, Chasity didn't know French, but she did know something else.
Standing and lightly brushing off her fur, she almost spoke when the little fox started speaking in French too. Oh, great! Two French animals. Well, maybe they'd be just as confused as she was when she replied in a different language of her own.
"うるさいです!” she exclaimed. ”私わかりません!” Now she would be surprised if they could figure that one out. "とにかく、私のなまえわChasity."

(Italicise regular words to make it seem like your speeking in another language, i use bold myself to represent english.)
Stella's purple eyes widened. "Who, me?" She exclaimed, nodding her head. "I am Estelle. I lived in the patch of forest between Clermont Ferrand and Saint Etienne, at the start of the Loire River."Finishing her lengthy French sentance, her ears picked up the sound of the cat now speaking. Was she trying to confuse her? Ha, like that would work. Stella did know many languages, and Japanese was one of them. "Foolish cat. You think you can outsmart I, a dragon of far greater age and knowlegde then you? Think again, little cat." She finished, in Japanese no less. Then, and evil twinkle glittered in the purple orbs above her nose. "Can you desipher this language, little cat? I bet it is a language you do not know, for it died long before a puny cat like you was born." She challenged, still in Japanese, grinning widely. She, of course, was a nice person. But she always fought fire with a far hotter fire in turn.
"If you can understand this, than I will be truly impressed." She began, in a long dead langauge that this cat probably didnt even know the name of. Still grinning, Stella made a wide sweep of her razor-sharp tail, cutting some meadow grasses in the process. Stella then decided she wanted to stop talking this ridiculous medly of languages. If they all spoke English, it would be that much easier.
"In any case." She continued, in english this time. "I was just getting hungry. Want to go hunting with me or somthing?" She asked nonchalantly. Her silver horns shone in the sun against her white mane and blue head. Stella thought it was a good idea. More of them hunting meant more prey, and this would bode well for the others, as they could have some big game with Stella there to bring it down for them. In truth, Stella loved hunting. It made her feel wild and free.

Chasity watched as the cat trotted off. It had suddenly lost interest in whatever was happening. Too bad. This could have been interesting. She looked back at the dragon and sighed with her eyebrows raised.
"So, what's your name?" She continued without an answer. "Pity that silly creature just walked off. I didn't even get his name. Oh well."
She looked back at the dragon suddenly self conscious. Quickly shifting to her human form, she put one hand over her mouth. "I'm rambling, aren't I? I am so sorry!"
Chasity bit her lip and hoped that her rudeness wouldn't be held against her. It wasn't good to get on the bad side of a dragon almost as big as Kendryek.

Stella stifled a chuckle. Cats always did talk alot, but eh, she was used to it. After all, she knew Alex, didnt she? Ah yes, Stella breifly wondered what the lightning cat was doing now, if anything. But she quickly came back to the present.
"Oh no, your not annoying me or anythng. Not at all." Stella's words came out in her roaring voice. Stella also transformed back into the smaller body of her Human form, not caring at all that the fox had left, she now stood there in her the body of a beautiful 16 year old blonde girl with green eyes. "My name's Stella." She said in a voice that would put song birds to shame.
Stella looked back around the trees of the meadow once more, straining even her keen eyes to see some deer. Nope, nothing. "And if you'd be so gracious to tell me your name, then perhaps we could get on wih that hunting idea I suggested..." She went on, bringing the hunting plan onto the table again. Stella was ever so hungry, and for a Dragon that was a bad thing, being hungry meant a variety of foods were on the menue for her. Including everything from deer to bear, from sharks to somtimes other magical creatures, and even the rare human. Stella didnt like human much, they smelled disgusting, but she wouldnt mind going for a deer or bear at the moment.

Chasity smiled. "I'm not annoying? That's good! Most people think that I babble! But I don't... most of the time. I'm just hyper today." She smiled again. Today was a good day. And hunting didn't sound all too bad, either. The weather conditions were just right and the atmosphere wasn't too bad either. Plus, Stella sounded like she would be fun to hunt with.
Just then, Chasity realized the source of her happiness: she was making so many new, fun friends. Too bad that fox had left. He was a sour sport! Maybe she'd meet him later.
One way or the other, this was going to be another fun day at the academy!
"Oh!" She offered her hand, "I'm Chasity Connell! I'm relatively new here but I have a boyfriend, so all hands off. Tell your friends." She laughed at herself. She really didn't want that spread around the school, so she added, "Actually, don't tell your friends. That would be bothersome! Anyway... nice to meet you!" She smiled and winked. "And hunting sounds great!" She put a finger to her lips, keeping her one eye closed. "Don't worry. I'll stay quiet."
