Well the day had gone great for the tri animal chimera known as Ziza, until her munchies ran out. She escaped school before she was tempted with eating one of the humans and shed her guise so her well kept coat shone in the sun, making her proud as ever that she was part shark. The fur was deadly sharp if it was rubbed backwards, but velvety smooth when stroked correctly. Snickering lightly to herself she padded her way to nymph's lake, making sure to stay out of sight of the pesky pewmans that inhabited the town around them. "Just you wait my little pewmans, I'll eat you all one day!" she snickered to herself and looked around to see if anyone was there, her pure fire orange eyes glinting slightly in the sunlight.
Smiling her fang filled smile to herself she jumped into the water to go chase all the tasty little fishies down in the depths of the lake. Half an hour later she padded onto the shores and shook off her pelt so the water sprayed everything within sight. Sighing lightly at the lack of munchies she had with her Ziza curled up on the shore and lazily flicked her fluffy like tail while she looked around. Everything was so boring, it needed a boost of something... special.

6:00 PM.
It was four hours before curfew, so it was no surprise that Sigma was still out and about, wandering through different areas of Chimera Academy. From the Necropolis she had come to the Nymph’s Lake, and now, with the sun setting behind thick clouds (now beginning to leave) and a shadowed night coming upon the land, having walked quite a ways she felt exhausted from her most recent encounter and hallucinations.
So she let it go, despite the danger of others seeing her. The human skin around the chimera melted away; it slowly slid off her being, revealing her true form. Her snake-part curled up on the soft ground around the lake’s shore, lifting her cat-half into the air so that she could stretch her wings far and let out a wide yawn containing a loud sigh. Then she lowered herself to the ground, forelimbs moving so that she could crawl towards the rocks that bordered upon one part of the lake. After rubbing her horns against a tall pine tree growing near the edge she slowly slithered into the water.
“Ah....” she whispered yet another sigh, lying down in the shallows. The pebbles beneath her shifted like sand, her long snake’s body curling up around her mammalian half, serpent’s head resting atop her feline skull, facing backwards so that there were two sets of eyes – one looking frontward, the other behind. The water around her was still warm with the heat from the sun, yet cool since the sun had been covered by clouds for most of the day.
The fish in the water evaded her at first, but slowly, as she came to be lying, still as stone, they were soon swarming around her, swimming without fear. She didn’t move, merely sat there like a statue. Her muscles only twitched when a fish came too close, their fin’s brushing against her fur and tickling her skin, and each twitch sent all the scaled animals fleeing, but it was only for a moment or two before they returned.
She could envision the lake and surrounding area in her head. Tucked away in a green valley, the lake's waters sparkling blue and green with each color swirling around one another, bubbles forming and coming to the surface from the breaths taken by animals below.
Letting out a last sigh she lowered her head slightly, letting it set upon her large paws, water lapping at her lower jaw, and cast her eyes around to see what she could see.
