Hendrix glanced down at his watch before looking back up at the door. It was getting pretty late. There should be some movement soon. After all, people had to sleep sometime right? And he'd be here to catch them as they come stumbling out. The females, that is.
He tried to avoid actually entering the cabaret as much as possible now. The people here weren't the brightest bunch, but one of them must be able to notice the correlation between his presence and the sudden epidemic of disappearing girls eventually. It was just better to avoid all of that trouble, and so he came up with a solution: just don't let anyone see him. So a whore or two go missing. Well, it was only a matter of time, and they would think that he'd had nothing to do with it since he wasn't at the cabaret at that time. Perfect!
Or he could always flaunt his skills and snare a willing victim. That might be a nice change of pace. Actually... It didn't really matter. He was up for anything right now. Oh, maybe he could get himself a pet. Someone he could enjoy getting repeated uses out of. Now that would be fun...
But whatever happens happens. Glancing down at his watch again, he quickly looked back up at the door before looking around at the rest of his surroundings. Matter of fact, he might just go with the first girl he sees. It was late and he was bored, after all, plus he wasn't nearly as patient now as he used to be. Although, apparently, he'd have to wait a bit longer... And hope that the first girl he sees isn't a dog. Figuratively or literally.

Chaos noticed the time and headed out of the cabaret. She hadn't been there for sex, she didn't like the types of people that were there. The Succubus had been there for the drinks. Of course, she'd only brought enough money for one drink. In fact, the money for that one drink was still in her pocket, and she had drunk enough that most humans would have died of alcohol poisoning. She however, she was barely even drunk. It would porbably take every drop of liquor in that place to get her drunk.
So she walked out of the Cabaret, her arms up and fingers in her wavey red hair, braiding it tightly and holding it in place with a rubber band. Once finished she yawned and began on her way back to her dormroom so she could get a little shut eye. She hadn't fed at all today, but the last couple weeks had been rather plentiful so she could get away with it.
Of course, she decided to look around and sensed something familiar. "Hendrix?" She asked the night air.

Nearly fed up with waiting, Hendrix had resigned himself to simply staring off into the distance, daydreaming. And daydreaming about things that most people would find quite disturbing, at that. Although it wasn't particularly helpful. They were getting restless. No big deal, as they weren't too difficult to deal with, and yet he still felt as if he needed to find something to do and fast.
Then, as if in answer to his thoughts, he heard someone call his name. It was a familiar voice too, he noticed as he glanced up to see who had just walked out of the Cabaret.
Blinking in surprise, he couldn't help but laugh aloud at his luck. He had only been hoping that the girl would be tolerable enough to look at, and instead he manages to get probably the best the school has to offer. Really, he was so talented, he didn't even have to try anymore.
Enthusiastically, he disappeared into the shadows, reappearing in front of Chaos, not even a second later, a triumphant smile on his face.
"Oh, hey... Evening, Chaos. Looking lovely, as usual," He attempted, "So what brings you to this side of town? Me, I was just on my way home... Would you care to walk with me?"
Usually, he would have liked to toy with her for a bit longer, however, he was entirely too bored to bother now. What's more, he didn't really want to wait with a girl like her. That was just plain stupid.

Stood there for a few moments when nothing happened. Perhaps she had been wrong. Maybe it was something else like Hendrix she was sensing. That'd never happened before though. Not with anyone. So why, on this night of nights, would it be happening now? Perhaps it was the alcohol making her sloppy or something like that. All of a sudden she shook her head as though to dislodge that thought from her brain.
When the male she had just addressed appeared before her, she let a triumphant smile flow onto her lips before nodding to him in an oddly respectful way. "Good evening Hendrix. Just having some drinks."
A light breeze ticked at the small of her back, exposed by her shirt. "I'd love to walk with you."
Oh, yes, she knew what this entailed, just going to his place for a night of frivolous diversions that weren't exactly PG. She'd played this game and danced this dance, she knew that Hend was almost as innocent as she was--in fact this entire thing was pretty normal, already seen, almost like a rerun.
"How've you been, Hendrix?" She asked. For some reason she was still entranced by his name. Hen-drix. Hen-dr-ix. H-e-n-d-r-i-x...

Hendrix stepped back, allowing Chaos to walk ahead of him as he quickly trotted up alongside her, placing a hand on her back. Luckily for him, the hotel wasn't too far away. It practically took up half of the town, anyway. Even better, it was almost always empty. The only one who was ever really there was Yama, though he had the sense to stay out most nights.
"Oh, good... Good. Same ol' stuff, you know," He replied simply, with a smile.
So what if he was lying? So what if he was being much too vague? Something told him that neither of them were there right now looking to have a meaningful conversation.
There was only one problem about his line of "work". Well, not quite a problem so much as an inconvenience. He never really got that much sleep. Actually, most nights he didn't sleep at all. It wasn't as if he needed a lot of sleep, but there were times when the fatigue caught up to him.
At this moment it must have been about three days since he'd gotten any sleep at all, and if he had his way, he wouldn't be sleeping tonight either. And yet... There it was. That odd sensation again. Quite suddenly it felt as if his entire body had been engulfed in flames. To accompany that, his vision blurred, causing him to stumble slightly, though he quickly corrected himself.
"So, um... What's up with you?" He asked quickly, in an effort to distract himself.
He ran his fingers through his hair, blinking as his vision slowly returned to normal. Now that could be a real problem sometimes. Though he was used to dealing with it by now. For the most part.

Chaos nodded slightly when he said that it was just same ol' same ol'. She had a pretty good idea what he meant by that. After all, with the nights she rolled around near the Cabaret, hearing of girls who leave the Cabaret and are never seen again, she put two and two together. She'd known he had something to do with it, the succubus just wasn't sure if he was killing them or if they're just lurking somewhere.
And of course she saw the stumble. He wasn't drunk, that wasn't a drunkard's stumble. That was the stumble of someone who'd been cramming for an important test, someone who'd been out all night partying. Soemone who had forsaken sleep to fly for the night and was about to crash. It was the stumble of tiredness, as it seemed to her, and she wondered the last time he got some rest. Probably not for a few days. That was why his energy flame was so... so...
So low.
"You okay?" she asked, having not stopped walking since he hadn't actually fallen.
The succubus glanced down at the ground before answering. "Nothing really... I almost didn't come out tonight, with all the girls vanishing and whatnot..."

Hendrix followed, steadying his breathing and forcing himself to remain calm. He was fine... Everything was fine. Although Chaos seemed to have noticed him stumble. Thinking quickly, he smiled at her reassuringly.
"Oh yeah, I'm fine. No problem."
He shook his head as if that would shake of the fatigue he was feeling. Perhaps he should take a few days off and just rest. After tonight, of course. I mean, he wasn't really that tired. He could handle one more night of no sleep, that would be easy.
Hearing her mention the girls that had gone missing, he nearly stumbled again, but for a different reason this time. Hey, what happened to them wasn't entirely his fault! He hadn't meant to kill so many of them, but they could be so loud and obnoxious and in the end, killing them seemed to have been in everyone's best interest. Of course, not all of them met such a fate. Although he did hear that the suicide rate at the academy had risen dramatically in the past month or so.
"Right... Some weird happenings goin' on lately, aren't there?" He replied with a nervous laugh, "But you don't have anything to worry about. I'll protect you."
Naturally, he wouldn't dream of killing Chaos. She was much too pretty and much too willing to have sex with him to kill her off. If only the others had known that it was that simple to ensure their safety. Such a shame.
